Patrick E. MelbyPatrick E. Melby

Pat was born in South Dakota and grew up in Missoula, Montana. Pat has a history degree (1969) and a law degree (1973) from the University of Montana. After graduation he served as staff attorney and Deputy Director of the Governor's Office of Budget and Program Planning. He also served two and one-half years as Director of Montana's Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services. Pat practiced law as a sole practitioner for several years before joining the firm in 1981. He is very active in charitable, civic, and professional organizations. Pat enjoys alpine skiing, running, bicycling and backpacking.
