Erin MacLeanErin F. MacLean

Erin F. MacLean was raised in Cody, Wyoming and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with honors from the University of Wyoming in 1999. Prior to attending law school at the University of Wyoming, College of Law in 2002, Erin was a business consultant, specializing in client retention and marketing, and was licensed as a financial advisor. While in law school, Erin initiated and supervised a mediation program at the University of Wyoming and is currently a trained legal mediator with over five years of experience as a mediator. She also studied international law and international contract law in Bangkok, Thailand through Golden Gate University’s College of Law. Erin is currently licensed to practice law in Montana, Colorado, and Wyoming. Before moving to Helena, Erin was in private practice in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where her legal practice was concentrated in the areas of civil litigation and business planning. At Luxan & Murfitt, PLLP, Erin’s legal practice includes health care law, administrative law, business planning, litigation, government relations, and employment law.
