Candace PayneCandace C. Payne

Candace is a fourth generation Montanan. She was born in Big Timber and raised in the Billings area, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Montana College in 1989 and her law degree from the University of Montana in 1992. She has been in private practice in Helena since being admitted to the Bar in 1992. At Luxan & Murfitt, PLLP, Candace’s areas of legal practice include government relations, civil practice, administrative law, business law, and real estate.

Candace has served on a number of community boards and is the Past President of the Helena Kiwanis Club. For recreation, Candace spends her time fly fishing with her husband. She also plays bass and fiddle in a local Blue Grass band.
